What data gets synced to Google Sheets?
Three sheets are created automatically. Leads: visitor name, email, phone, source page, timestamp, and conversation summary. Conversations: session ID, visitor details, message count, duration, sentiment, and AI summary. Daily Stats: conversation count, leads captured, bookings made, and handoff requests per day.
