What data gets synced to Google Sheets?
Brain Buddy creates the spreadsheet with a Leads tab when you connect. Each row has the date, the visitor's name, email and phone, where they came from (for example Paid (Google Ads) or Organic search), and a link to the full conversation in your dashboard.
Is this included in all plans?
Google Sheets sync is included on Pro plans ($149/mo) and above. Starter plan users can export data manually or use webhooks.
Can I use an existing spreadsheet?
Not directly. Brain Buddy only asks Google for access to the spreadsheets it creates, so it never sees the rest of your Drive. To bring the leads into another sheet, copy them across or use IMPORTRANGE to pull them in automatically.
