We believe your chatbot should never stop helping your customers. That's why we never block your chatbot from responding, even if you exceed your monthly message allowance.

Warning at 80%
You'll receive a notification when any chatbot reaches 80% of its monthly limit. Plenty of time to decide whether to upgrade.

Overages at $0.01/msg
Messages beyond your limit are billed at just one cent each. Charged at the end of the billing cycle, not in real time.

Example
On the Pro plan (2,000 messages/mo), if your chatbot handles 2,350 messages in a month, you'd pay your normal plan fee plus 350 overage messages at $0.01 each = $3.50 in overages. That's it. No per-message fees on your included allowance.
