Warning at 80%
You receive a notification when any chatbot reaches 80% of its monthly limit. Plenty of time to decide.
Overages at $0.01/msg
Messages beyond your limit billed at one cent each. Charged at cycle end, not in real time.
Never blocked
Brian keeps responding to every visitor. No downtime, no missed leads, no frustrated customers.
Example
On the Pro plan (2,000 messages/mo), if Brian handles 2,350 messages, you pay your normal plan fee plus 350 overage messages at $0.01 each = $3.50 in overages. That is it.
